Ingredients for Pineapple Upside Down Cake:
Main Ingredients:
170 gm All Purpose Flour or Maida.
200 gm Condensed Milk.
4-5 Pineapple Rings.
90 gm Butter.
180 ml Milk.

Other Spices/Ingredients:
50 gm Desiccated Coconut.
1 tsp Baking Powder.
½ tsp Baking Soda.
2 tsp Melted Butter.
3 tsp Brown Sugar.
2-3 Drops of Vanilla Essence.

Garnishing/Serving:
Few Cherries.
Pineapple Crush.
Whipped Cream.

Pineapple Upside Down Cake Preparations:
Beat the condensed milk and butter well then add milk to it and again beat well.
Now sieve the all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda then add this to condensed milk mixture and mix it well.
Now add vanilla essence and desiccated coconut and mix well.
Now grease a 7 inch tin with butter then put melted butter and brown sugar in it.
Place the pineapple rings on it then pour all the cake mixture in the tin.
Now bake the entire mixture in a pre-heated oven at 160 degree celsius for 25-30 minutes.
Once done take it out from oven and let it cool completely then garnish with few cherries, pineapple crush and whipped cream.
